Who runs Redproof, how purchases are sold and where to send a complaint.

1Operator

Redproof (redproof.dev) is operated by Hristijan Mijalkov, an individual based in Kočani, North Macedonia.

2Payments and tax

Purchases are sold through Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), which acts as merchant of record and collects VAT and sales tax where they apply. Invoices for purchases are issued by Lemon Squeezy.

Fix packages agreed directly with us are invoiced separately and the invoice names the seller.

3Complaints

If something went wrong with a report or an order, email hello@redproof.dev with your report link. We try to resolve every complaint within 14 days. Consumers keep all rights under the consumer law of the country where they live.
