Terms of service

The agreement between you and Redproof. The parts that matter most: submit only code you are allowed to, a review lowers risk but cannot guarantee security, and you can get your money back if we cannot deliver.

1Who you are dealing with

These terms are an agreement between you and Hristijan Mijalkov, Kočani, North Macedonia, who operates Redproof ("Redproof", "we"). By submitting code or buying a service you accept them. If you use Redproof for a company, you confirm you may accept them for it.

2What Redproof does

Redproof reads the source code you submit, looks for security and launch-readiness problems, and reports them with explanations and suggested fixes. Automated checks and AI produce the first pass; in paid reports a developer reviews every finding that is not a proven fact.

Fix packages (Launch Ready, Launch & Grow) cover the issues listed in your report. We agree the scope with you in writing before we start; other work is quoted separately.

3Only code you are allowed to submit

You may only submit code that you own or that you are authorised in writing to have reviewed. You confirm this each time you submit.

You may not use Redproof to look for weaknesses in someone else's app, to attack any system, or to break any law. We may refuse, suspend or delete scans that break this rule.

Redproof only reads code. It does not test live apps. Any future live testing will only run after you prove you own the app.

4What a review can and cannot promise

A review lowers risk by finding common, serious problems. It cannot guarantee that your app has no vulnerabilities, and a good score is not a certificate that your app is secure. You stay responsible for your app, your users' data and for deciding which fixes to apply.

Our promise: if we miss a critical issue in a reviewed report and you tell us within 30 days of delivery, we fix it free of charge.

5Your code and your report

Your code stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy notice. The report is yours to use as you like. We keep the right to use what we learn, in anonymised form that cannot identify you or your app, to improve our checks.

The "Proofread by Redproof" badge may only be shown for the app and version that passed, and only while it is current.

6Prices, payment and refunds

Prices are shown on the site and include VAT where it applies. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record and may show its own name on your statement.

If we cannot deliver a paid report, you get a full refund. If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal; by asking us to start your report right away you agree that the right ends once the report has been fully delivered. For fix packages, work already done before you withdraw is charged in proportion.

The care plan renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; it stops at the end of the month you paid for.

7Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or data, arising from an incident in an app we reviewed. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any right a consumer has under mandatory law.

8Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of North Macedonia. Disputes go to the competent court in North Macedonia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live and may also go to court there.

9Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new orders from the date shown at the top. Questions: hello@redproof.dev.
